Our staff members have spent many years devoted to pursuing excellence in their field and have attained a certain level of expertise.

Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their field. Here are a few of Island Tanning Company's staff members:

Lori J. Gamble  (Owner)  I want to hear all of your comments! We will strive to be the best we possibly can with your help! "Island Tannings' mission is to provide you with a facility that you can feel safe and comfortable in while tanning. We strive to keep our salon as clean as possible using our 2nd Glance program. Please come in and visit us. It will be our pleasure to give you a tour and show you all of our new equipment." - Lori J. Gamble

Lenore Cressman  (Owner) This is Loris' Mother and was the original founder of Island Tanning Company. Her vision has built a well known, respected business in the Lansdale area and she is truly the smartest, innovative, kind lady you could ever want to meet. Many thanks to "Nori". She is also a great boss!

James H. Gamble, lll  (Owner) Jim is Loris' husband and has been involved with the salon 24 years, since it's inception. He maintains all equipment and keeps it in perfect condition. He invested an immense amount of time on our North location and headed up the new salon with great care and pride. The best maintenance guy in the business! When he is off, he loves to play his guitar and synthesizer!

Dorothy L. Thayer  (Sales) Dottie is a tenured employee and has been with us for 24 years. She can answer any questions you may have that pertains to the Tanning Industry. Highly knowledgeable, excellent employee and friend. Smart Tan Certified. Dottie and her husband Dick, love to bowl. They are both very good too!

Judy Detweiler  (Sales) Judy has been with us through many tanning seasons. She even helps us build the beds! Ask Judy, she will know the answer, and what a great tan she has! She and her husband John have a motorcycle and both like their rides together!

Kathy Rohall  (Sales) Kathy was an Island Tanning customer for many years and she asked us for a job one day. We are so happy she did because she takes excellent care of the salon and customers as if it were her own. Thanks for all the cleaning you do for us Kathy!

Adrienne Kroesser  (Sales) Adrienne was a customer before she became our employee and can help you with any questions you may have about our different levels of equipment. She tanned at our original location and now works at the North salon. We welcome her to our Island Tanning Family. She also is studying to be a hair stylist.

Shannon O'Conner  (Sales) Shannon goes to college and loves horses. She came to us as a customer with her Mom awhile back and is very educated on tanning equipment, lotions and customer relations. We are happy to have her working for us as she pursues her goals in life!

Rachel Hibson  (Sales) Rachel has had over 15 years in customer service. She is good at her job and always has helpful suggestions! Loves the Stand Ups and Rascal Flats!
